Established in January 2024, the Sustainability Center at Universitas Pertamina is a hub for sustainability training, research, and certification. It equips professionals with practical skills through programs like Life Cycle Assessment and Carbon Counting, while connecting them with global certification bodies—supporting the green economy and advancing the university’s sustainability mission.

What we do

  • Life Cycle Assessment: a training program that equips participants with the skills to assess and reduce the environmental impacts of products or processes across their entire life cycle.
  • Data Analytics: a training program that teaches participants how to process, analyze, and interpret data to support sustainability-driven decision-making using tools like Excel, Python, Power BI, and other statistical software.
  • Energy Audit: a training program that equips participants with skills to analyze and evaluate energy consumption across industrial and commercial sectors, covering audit techniques, energy efficiency opportunities, and the application of eco-friendly technologies.
  • Carbon Counting: a training program focused on measuring and calculating the carbon footprint of business or industrial processes, covering standard emission calculation methods, relevant regulations, and mitigation strategies to reduce environmental impact.
  • Sustanability 101: an introductory training program on the fundamentals of sustainability, covering ESG principles, business applications, and the role of individuals and organizations in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—ideal for beginners.
