This access is provided through both <strong>campus learning facilities<\/strong> and <strong>online educational resources<\/strong>, supporting <strong>lifelong learning<\/strong> beyond UPER&#8217;s enrolled student community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Free Public Access to the Universitas Pertamina Library<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universitas Pertamina provides <strong>free access to its library facilities<\/strong> for external students, researchers, and members of the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">External visitors can use the library&#8217;s <strong>reading areas, physical collections, study facilities, and reference services<\/strong> without administrative or operational fees. Public visitors may also receive assistance from librarians in locating and accessing relevant educational materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the monitoring period, the library recorded <strong>77 visits by external visitors (non-members) between January and August 2025<\/strong>, demonstrating the use of UPER\u2019s free campus learning facilities by people outside the university<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Free Public Access to VICA E-learning<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universitas Pertamina also provides <strong>free access to online educational resources<\/strong> through <strong>VICA (E-learning Universitas Pertamina)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VICA contains lecture videos and practice exercises in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Basic Chemistry<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basic Physics<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calculus<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform can be accessed at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vica.universitaspertamina.ac.id\/home\">https:\/\/vica.universitaspertamina.ac.id\/home<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members of the public can watch the learning videos on VICA free of charge, without login, registration, or affiliation with Universitas Pertamina.
