Free Public Access to the Universitas Pertamina Library
Universitas Pertamina provides free access to its library facilities for external students, researchers, and members of the public.
External visitors can use the library’s reading areas, physical collections, study facilities, and reference services without administrative or operational fees. Public visitors may also receive assistance from librarians in locating and accessing relevant educational materials.
During the monitoring period, the library recorded 77 visits by external visitors (non-members) between January and August 2025, demonstrating the use of UPER’s free campus learning facilities by people outside the university
Free Public Access to VICA E-learning
Universitas Pertamina also provides free access to online educational resources through VICA (E-learning Universitas Pertamina).
VICA contains lecture videos and practice exercises in:
- Basic Chemistry
- Basic Physics
- Calculus

Members of the public can watch the learning videos on VICA free of charge, without login, registration, or affiliation with Universitas Pertamina. This access supports independent learning and lifelong learning beyond the university’s enrolled student community.
